LD doesn’t quite know this yet – but I’m Big City Girl by day, Blogger by night, and aspiring Wrangler in between. It would probably shock my LA cronies that I was raised in a city where bull riding and barrel racing are considered to be competitive sports, and saddle bronc and bareback are indeed, not dirty words. In fact, once LD perfects the art of keeping still (quite laughable, really), I may actually consider enrolling her in a wild pony racing class for cowbabies. (I’m sure she’d win by a landslide, just sayin’).
But if LD actually thinks she can keep up with the Cow Babes, she definitely needs to look the part. Since Wrangler® Jeans pride themselves as the pioneers of Rodeo wear, I figured it would be a good place to start. With the help of some old friends from the ol’ country, we found our way to Small In the Saddle, where frayed edges, embroidery, and leather patches are the true essence of Cow-cute. And is it ever.
