Wondering what’s up this little monkey’s short sleeve?
The Bowtie Kids – that’s what!
This brand struck a chord with me, as it was designed with a very important cause in mind. The brains behind this adorable line, Kiwani Tapper, is a licensed therapist who was surrounded by children with special needs. She aimed at integrating her innate fashion sense with her desire to bring awareness to various common childhood conditions – Autism and Down Syndrome, to name a few. Now this is what I call design… with purpose.
We absolutely adore the essence of this brand – that being, simplistic and charming, innocent, yet profound. With the added touch of a 3-dimensional bow or bow tie, each hand drawn design provides a sweet and unique illustration that stands out in a crowd. From short sleeve tops, to raglan tops, to onesies, to watches, comfy graphic pants, and even a pair of bow earrings – The Bowtie Kids continues to grow and expand to a one stop online shop.
