Anyone who’s anyone, knows that Tea® isn’t just an aromatic hot drink on a brisk fall morning. Tea® is a household name. At least in our household, it is. I have been an avid Tea® fan years before L’il Mama even came into the picture. And why wouldn’t I be? The women’s collection carries lightweight, modern textures and styles (we heart their tunics), and prints to buy for – so naturally, the shrunken versions can’t help but follow suit!
Now that spring is in full swing, we were thrilled to break out the Tea® Spring collection, showing off the unique designs, eye catching patterns, and uber comfortable styles. Not only are these threads durable and unparalleled in quality, their styles have the innate ability to bring out the feminine flair in the tomboy in all of us:
This imported Ginger Flower Dress is made of soft cotton jersey, and decorated with intricate floral buds of the tropical ginger plant of Bali. Matched with LD‘s go-to footless tights and Pink Tiny TOMS Glitters, this outfit is where it’s at!
Like her mother, LD is thrilled to have her choice of Tea® and wanted to try out all the flavors! Check these babies out!
This season is all about being Bold and Beautiful – so we had to get our chubby paws on this haute little number:
The Dye Dots Top is available in size small (6 – 12 months) – 12 years and brags of its comfy fit, fashion flair, and high cinched waist. We matched it with a cute pair of Grenadine Gypsy pants which we love for its backside wiggle room, oversized side pockets, and stylish taper to show off her Tiny TOMS Silver Glitters.
The Magnolia Batik Romper pays a stylish tribute to beautiful Bali with its artistic detail and flirty shape. The wrapneck is stylish and functional, as it makes room for LD‘s double chin, yet creating an illusion of height and length (ooh – I need to get me a pair of these!).
Since we had such great luck with the romper, we thought we’d squeeze ourselves into the oh-so-girlie slub jersey Magnolia Batik Dress, this time in Indigo. And wouldn’t you know… it’s on sale for a measly $33.50!! No wonder LD was grinning from ear to ear!
Although history has proven LD‘s affinity for colors in the indigo spectrum, we are once again insisting that making a bold statement in, well… bold colors – is what Spring 2012 is all about. LD shamelessly announced to the world this much, as she proudly sported her pink Pointelle V-neck Cardi in pima cotton. We love the flirty fit which makes it easy to wear on top of any outfit, dressing it up or keeping it casual. Once again, I secretly live vicariously through my little mini-me as I would love to get my hands on a cardigan just like this.
What’s a Spring/Summer dress without your must-have dancing ferns? The Dancing Fern dress in Golden Ochre is 100% cotton, 100% comfortable and 200% adorable! LD has found her favorite of the bunch, and she has a big toothy grin to prove it. Proudly sporting a matching headband and her go-to old navy thong floral sandals, this little dancing lady in dancing fern is good to go!
All this excitement has left us with a very exhausted LD, craving for all that is comfy and roomy: An oldie but a goodie… the Flores Lindas Romper in Cloud. This one piece romper, made of soft slub jersey, screams comfort, quality, and convenience with its inseam diaper snaps, oversized bottoms, and adorable side pockets. Not surprising, LD may have gotten her stealth self one of the last of these rompers, as there is only limited sizes available.
And if any or all of these oh so darling Tea® outfits tickle your fancy, standby for Part 2… coming right up! In the meantime, check out some of the spring sales that have kept us nice and busy while we gear up for the summer. Next on our shopping list… an oversized closet… Field trip to Ikea!!
Stylishly yours,
db
