October 15 – is Remembrance Day. Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day.

Candles and Spirit Houses

Yesterday at 7:00PM, we, along with families all over the globe, held vigils and lit candles in honor of all of the precious babies who have been lost during pregnancy or infancy. Until now, we grieved in silence, like so many parents do. This month, and always – we celebrate and acknowledge our baby’s lives.

As Robert Munsch put into such fitting words, in song:

I love you, forever

I like you for always

As long as I’m living

My baby you’ll be.

My sweet Victoria and my darling William (both delivered in 2013) – we love you. Always. Forever.
