With all this talk of snow & winter, glitter and ice this Holiday season, I wanted to revisit our EARLIER POST on the uber-cool-super-fresh-but-oh-so-hot treat that is, Snow Monkey. Since our first visit, Snow Monkey has introduced some new special (and limited) flavors such as Taro, Bubble Gum, and Cotton Candy (OMG – did someone say, Cotton Candy!!!?). LD‘s been patiently awaiting the introduction of Chipotle, Mango & Pineapple, and she is beyond thrilled that it is ready and waiting for her just in time for her little chompers to come in (“Yay” for her, “ouch!” for me…). Personally, I’ve got my eye on some of the sauces we have yet to try out: Strawberry puree, Mango puree, caramel, and French Vanilla. Yummm!
If you haven’t already dropped by, be sure to stop what you’re doing, put on something cute, and take a nice ride with the fam to Westfield Topanga Mall (6600 Topanga Canyon Blvd Canoga Park, CA 91303 – where you will see an illuminated, unambiguous, happy monkey somewhat in the same vein as this:

By the way – we’re not big fans of the Monkey just because they held a Toy Drive Event donating a ton of toys throughout the month of December (and we all know LD‘s obsession with all that is philanthropic, or perhaps, the word toy got her attention?), or that LD is naturally drawn to big fancy Monkeys located conveniently on the first floor, 5 toddler steps from the kiddie’s play area (2 enthusiastic, chubby thumbs up from LD!), but just as important – Snow Monkey Ice is plain and simply – DEELISH!
