It’s time to break out the pretty dresses for the spring season, and one of our first choices was the Alice Denim Dress designed by Caffe D’Orzo made available by our go-to Brooklyn-based boutique Mon Petit Child.
This casual but luxurious dress, designed in Italy, features a round-neck, front pockets, and a tulle rose brooch. It is made up of the finest, softest, and feather-light materials of micromodal and lycra. The best part? We didn’t have to heat up the iron and pull out the ironboard! If that’s not love for big mama, I don’t know what is.
Colors are available in denim and copper (which goes over quite well in our household as blue is Big Daddy‘s main color, and copper/orange is Big Mama’s. Bonus!)
The Caffe D’orzo Alice Denim Dress is so incredibly soft, comfortable, and flexible – LD can’t fight the urge to break out her best dance moves. Charming dance-face expressions inclusive.
And let’s not forget LD‘s signature lip biting moves while bouncing to her fave tunes.
LD was especially thrilled to finally have a dress in her wardrobe that involves the fun and functionality of deep pockets.
Such an interesting European piece to add to her repertoire, she needed a few moments to analyze every detail. Since the pocket feature left the best impression, she started planning out what items she could potentially hide in there.
Final verdict? Two chubby thumbs up, and a big smooch!
As you can see, this Italian brand is all-encompassing where luxury and refined meets fun and functional. How often can little mama get her dose of lovely, or little man release his inner dapper while playing with their little friends? Or in LD‘s case, prancing around like Alice in Wonder-wear-land!

I always find interesting things in Little One’s pockets. The most recent being assorted rocks and pebbles, sand, a feather, cherry lip balm, some yarn and a unicorn (well, My Little Pony unicorn — no clue what her name is!)
