Today, we enjoyed an afternoon of wedded bliss on the Santa Monica Pier. Of course, next to worrying about getting there on time and packing up all of LD’s necessities in one ridiculously tiny diaper bag – beads of sweat were forming at the very thought of LD not having the perfect pair of shoes. It dawned on me that we just purchased the cutest little mud pie socks at Born Fabulous Boutique mere weeks ago. It’s the perfect solution for my 5 month old who has seemingly been put on this earth to remove her shoes at any given time. The most amazing aspect of these particular sock-shoes, which sets it apart from the rest, is its impressive ability to stay put! The adorable black cuff ruffles allow the sock to sit comfortably around the chubby ankle without cutting off their circulation. Secondly, these bad girls, aside from looking ridiculously adorable and unique, are practically a steal at a crazy $5.95 each. This is pure insanity, considering dress shoes for infants range anywhere between $20 – $60 these days… and in LD’s case – they spend most of their short lives under a table or randomly thrown into the bottom of her stroller. Happy wedding day Petey and Kendel!! You are a beautiful pair… and we’re glad LD found HER perfect pair to cover her little tootsies. Check out Kendel’s unique custom designs at her clothing and accessories boutique – Kendel Kouture.
Stylishly yours,
