The handsome Prince was born on Monday afternoon, July 22nd, 2013, weighing a whopping 8 lbs, 6oz.
We can now get an official glimpse of His Royal Highness, Prince George Alexander Louis of Cambridge – close-up in his “going home outfit”.
He was wrapped in Aden+anais, 100 percent cotton muslin swaddle with a printed bird design, chosen from the company’s “Jungle Jam”.

Which is now, not surprisingly, sold out on the company’s website. I am proud to say we have owned ours since the day LD was born, thanks to Children’s Salon. Go, Aden+Anais, go!
He was also securely tucked in to the BRITAX Infant Carrier, while cruising around in his first car ride. Isn’t that funny… that was our infant car seat as well when little mama made her grand exit out of the hospital doors…

Kate looks incredible in an ultra-feminine polkadot Jenny Packham dress, and casual wedge heels. (unfortunately – looking this incredible post-birth, is not something I can share in common with the Duchess…)
We are so thrilled for the Royal Family! And we’re equally thrilled that the sweet Prince’s name (fit for a King, really) shares that of our King of household, Big Daddy – isn’t that just the makings of a perfect son-in-law?
