LD is having a hard time letting go of the winter, so I decided to slowly ease our way into Spring by throwing on a pair of my open-toed heels from DSW, LD‘s Rocawear velcro Penny loafers loafers, and breaking out our matching H&M faux fur hats.
If you’re wondering how on earth a mama of an 11 month old could walk in these 2 Lips Too Too Flare Booties, it’s not as painful as it looks. But let’s face it – Cute, comes at a cost right? Here’s a little glimpse of how these babies look on the move:
While we’re on the topic, shall we take note of the gorgeous detail on this stunning peep toe pump? With the straps, lace, peacock feathers, and patent fringe, you’d think this pair was F-rated. LD seems to think so! Get your mind outta the gutter – what I mean is… this 1½” platform, 5″ photo stacked heel is Fun, Fabulous, and Fashionista-approved. 
One of the benefits of shopping at the end of a season are the ridiculous price cuts, and this Flare bootie is no exception. What was once $70.00, is now a crazy $49.99!! Nothing screams HIGH FASHION more than a 2 Lips Too Too Flare HIGH heel!
But I digress – I’m here to talk to you about Fargo Faux Fur hats. As I was saying, before I was stylishly interrupted, LD and I love to throw on our Faux furs and exchange delightful anecdotes about fashion play dates and other wonderful stylin’ stories, as seen here:
Black, is indeed beautiful, and we have no qualms in letting the world know. Of course, taking a chapter out of Brad Goreski’s book of Fashionisms, we believe that there is definitely nothing wrong with a little POC (Pop of Color). So we proudly exposed our red fingers and tootsies and LD‘s Rocawear soles to add a little dimension to our sea of black.
Speaking of Faux fur and fabulous, we spotted Deelish Daddy and CFL Linebacker Walter Spencer with his little mini-me enjoying a fashion playdate of their own. (Can you hear the echos of “Awwww” all over the globe??)

… this proud papa recognizes that nothing is more swag than catching your miniature wearing faux fur head gear in nothing but his birthday suit! (Can I get an “OMG – I want to squeeze this little bundle of fur!!!”)
So let’s all take a moment to chill out, throw on our faux furs, and be cute, because in just a few short weeks the flowers will bloom, and our Spring wardrobe will soon take over our closets. For now, LD and I will continue to revel in the comfort of our matching faux furs, fringe and feathers.
